Group Dining
• For parties of 8 or more, we strongly recommend set menus for speed and quality of service.
• A deposit of $20 per person will be required to confirm your booking. We accept payments over the phone, bank transfer or made directly at the restaurant. Please refer to cancellation / modification section for further information.
• The deposit will be deducted from the bill at the end of your dinner. We tolerate a difference of:
1 person less for group between 8 and 19 people
2 people less for group of 20 people or more
Past this $45 will be charged for each nonattendance
• Deposits paid to the restaurant for bookings will be non-refundable, unless there is a Government mandated Covid-19 related shutdown. In case of such shutdown, funds that have been charged for bookings will be refunded to the person who has paid the deposit.
Dietary Requirement / Allergies
Our kitchen uses various ingredients that contain gluten, by consequence our gluten free dishes may be contaminated by gluten at any time. Please advise the team in case of severe allergy/ies. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform staff about allergy and dietary requirement.
Payments
One bill per table.
Customers can split the bill by 5 maximum, and it is not the responsibility of the staff to split said bills on behalf of customers. For instance, customer will tell staff member of the total value they wish to pay, and not what individual items they want to pay for. Responsibilities fall to the customer in the event of unpaid items or bill mistakes. The team keeps the right to refuse split payments in case of disturbing behaviour from the patron in the premise. The bill must be paid in full before the last person leaves. We accept:

- American Express
- Debit card
- Cash
Some events and special dates will require a payment in full before the due date
Minors Patrons
La Belle Vie Bistro is family friendly. We are a fully licensed venue operating in accordance with the principles of Responsible Service of Alcohol Laws in QLD.
• Photo Proof of Age Identification may be required for ordering of alcoholic beverages.
• The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that no alcohol is consumed by the minor.
Cancellation Policy
For groups less than 20 people, If cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the dinner, we will refund the entire amount of the deposit. If cancellation occurs between 72 hours and 48 hours before the dinner, we will retain 50% of your total booking deposit.
If cancellation occurs 48 hours or less before the dinner, 100% of the booking deposit will be retained.
For groups of 20 people or more, the managing team will provide you with special cancellation and modifications terms and conditions.
If modification of number of guests occurs more than 72 hours before the dinner, we will adjust the booking at no fee. if modifications of more than 2 guests less occurs between 72 hours and 48 hours before the dinner, we will charge $45 per guests less past the tolerance of 2 guests subtraction.
Special events tickets are non-refundable. Alternative options may be possible at the discretion of the restaurant. Please contact our team as early as possible to discuss your matter.
Alcohol Consumption
We are a fully licensed venue, so no BYO is allowed.
By law it is prohibited to supply alcohol to an intoxicated patron. Intoxicated persons will not be permitted to enter the venue. Service of alcohol is at the discretion of the wait staff. We reserve the right to refuse service and remove any person from the premises if the relevant venue manager believes the person is intoxicated or is behaving in a violent, quarrelsome or disorderly manner or is smoking inside the venue.
